Photography as a Source of Income Seminar by FPPF
Photography is a good business. While in the city, many people need their own photos for their I.D. and other school requirements, when applying for work here and abroad, and for birthdays, baptism, debuts, weddings, anniversaries, and other social occasions. In short, those in the city, and even in the provinces, need photos in many instances.
Many have found photography not only a worthwhile hobby but also a good source of income. The Federation of Philippine Photographers Foundation, Inc. (FPPF), the organization behind the unprecedented growth of photography in the country, is holding a series of workshops for those who want to become professional or start a business in photography.
The FPPF will hold a three-day seminar titled “Let’s Talk Business” from September 20 to 22, 2006. The seminar which will be held at the FPPF Chamber at the Fort Santiago, Intramuros, Manila, is ideal for those who want to go in business.
Digital photography will be discussed on day one, marketing and selling photos on day two, and hands-on shoot on day three. Participants will receive certificates. For details, please contact tel. nos.: 524-7576 / 528-0371.
