I’m posting in verbatim an invitation for the upcoming Photo Congress 2006.

Dear fellow Photographers,

It’s now our 3rd!

Your presence is over again highly anticipated in this year’s WPPP Photo Congress on October 06-09 also at the Megatrade Hall 3, SM Megamall.

The following will join our masters - John Chua, Lito Sy, Edwin Tuyay, Jason Magbanua, Jo Avila, Jun Barrameda and Jun Miranda to share personal styles photography. A foreign guest speakers from Adobe and Mac are expected to join us.  Topics are focused on wedding, portrait, profit, legalities, glamour shots and more.

More sponsors and trade exhibitors are expected to join and offer us latest photo and video equipment in view of the better achievement of last year’s event.

Or course, there will always be photo exhibits and contest displaying our own local talents. The winnings of our very own Mr. Lito Sy last year from WPPI, USA only prove that we are, indeed, at par and even go beyond the big names of photographers abroad.

“Early bird” registration fee is only P2,500 and extended until August 31 for the main workshop scheduled Oct 06-08. After the said date, the regular fee of P3,500 applies. Students can avail of a special rate of P2,000 upon showing of school IDs.

For the Photo Safari, a day shoot with models scheduled on Oct 09, participation fee is only P1,000 which includes transportation to Eco Park, La Mesa Dam and a snack. The slot is limited only to 60 participants.

Likewise, take advantage of the group registration of 10 persons belonging to the same photo organizations, school or company to get one registration free of charge.
