But the beta versions of Adobe Photoshop CS3 still work though

Which edition of Adobe Photoshop CS3 are you interested in? There is the regular Adobe Photoshop CS3 and there is the Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended.

Yes you can try SM Megamall. Try checking out Data Blitz. Ask them if they have educ/academic version as it is much cheaper than the regular retail.
Btw, will this be for Mac or Windows?

Yes, the only difference is the cheaper price. But afaik the academic pricing is only applicable to Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended.

Oh I see!, is the adobe photoshop 7.0 already face out?? because I need adobe dreamweaver and adobe photoshop CS3, What if theres no adobe photoshop there in Data Blitz, can you give me any alternative store where can I buy the adobe photoshop CS3 and CS3 Extended???? Thank You.

Yes I believe Photoshop 7 is already phased out. After 7, there was CS, then CS2 then followed by the current version which is CS3.
If you need dreamweaver as well… you might want to check out Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium instead. Buying Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended + Adobe Dreamweaver CS3 costs more than buying CS3 Web Premium.
With Adobe Creative Suite 3 Web Premium… you already get the following:

You can get a copy of Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended Academic License for PhP 22,500 from Bitstop Inc.

I’m not sure as to which store near Pasay has it. Are you after the Academic version as well or the Retail version? Both versions are available from Bitstop by order basis.

What about the Adobe Illustrator? what kind of software is that? and the macromedia flash as well?? because, I wanna buy the creative suite premium instead.

Hi Micka!
Adobe Illustrator is for editing/creating vector graphics whereas Adobe Photoshop is into editing rasterized graphics.
Macromedia Flash is now part of the Adobe Family. Flash is more into animation (games, presentations and other interactive stuff).
The Creative Suite Premium would give you the best bang for your buck.

Will you be using this for commercial purposes or are you still a student?
Photoshop is mostly used for creating/editing rasterized images
Illustrator for vector
Flash for animation
Premiere for video editing
The best way to see if the software is really what you need is by downloading an evaluation copy and trying it out.
