Will you be using this for commercial purposes or are you still a student?

Photoshop is mostly used for creating/editing rasterized images
Illustrator for vector
Flash for animation
Premiere for video editing

The best way to see if the software is really what you need is by downloading an evaluation copy and trying it out.

Hi Micka!

Adobe Illustrator is for editing/creating vector graphics whereas Adobe Photoshop is into editing rasterized graphics.

Macromedia Flash is now part of the Adobe Family. Flash is more into animation (games, presentations and other interactive stuff).

The Creative Suite Premium would give you the best bang for your buck.

What about the Adobe Illustrator? what kind of software is that? and the macromedia flash as well?? because, I wanna buy the creative suite premium instead.

I’m not sure as to which store near Pasay has it. Are you after the Academic version as well or the Retail version? Both versions are available from Bitstop by order basis.

You can get a copy of Adobe Photoshop CS3 Extended Academic License for PhP 22,500 from Bitstop Inc.
