OWG Creative Centre — The Authorized EPSON ProLab in Makati City, houses an impressive collections of visual art forms and focuses mainly on photography and digital art prints.
Specialized workshops are being held regularly by leading art practitioners through its continuing art education programs.
To strengthen the quality of formal education through specialized workshops, Informatics – the leading IT and Imaging school in the country on computer training now work in tandem with OWG Creative Centre. Informatics aims to deliver the formal training while OWG Creative Centre infuses fine art creativity.
EPSON supported this tandem to realize this specialized workshop series. OWG-Informatics-EPSON workshop facilities is now ready with 12 PC-MAC cross platform computers equipped with original/licensed Photoshop CS2, with EPSON 3LCD projector, high end EPSON scanner, and EPSON Stylus Photo printer.

Learn it hands-on:
- Proper drop—out of photos for layouts
- Understanding traditional ad compre making with today’s digital approach
- Preparing your original files to camera ready artwork the right way
- From RGB files to CMYK files
- Understanding registration marks, bleeding, and pagination
- How to collaborate and coordinate with photographer and creative director to produce collateral materials like brochure, flyers, poster etc
- What font to use- the art of playing with font styles
- Color balance
- Combining scanned images with photos and fonts
- Cleaning and retouching photos for publication
- The importance of concept. How to produce stunning graphic design
- Environmental graphics, how to translate your graphic design to be part of people’s surroundings
- Preparing digital files and graphic design portfoilo for your clients the right way
- Some tips on pricing your talent as graphic designer
All workshop fees are inclusive of 12% VAT, OWG and Informatics Certificate.
Free two (2) 8 x 10 inkjet printouts from EPSON
Note: OWG Certificates is recognized by art institutions and art competition organizers in the Philippines, while Informatics Certificates is accepted by all Creative Studios and Ad Agencies both here and abroad.
Students will get a free OWG Membership Card with a 10% discounts in all OWG creative services such as digital printing, scanning, foamboard mounting, and framing. The OWG Membership Card will entitle the graduates to unlimited use of the 10 computers at OWG anytime from 10am- 5pm Monday-Friday (The creative staff of OWG will be ready to give you the answers whenever you ask questions – a sort of refresher)
Successful graduates will be included in a monthly exhibit at OWG Creative Centre to get familiarize in real fine art world marketing.
