Mechanics:

1. To join the promo, please upload your photo with your mom. Pictures should be unaltered in 72dpi, JPEG format.
2. Along with the photo, please submit a title and a heartfelt message for her.
3. You may send in more than one entry.
4. The best picture will be selected from the pool of entries.
5. Size should not be over 1024KB.
6. Click “Browse” to select the file. You can attach a file of up to a total message size of 1024KB.
7. Promo starts May 10, 2007 and ends on June 2, 2007.
8. To qualify, submit your best photo with mom and post you name. mobile number and valid e-mail address.
9. Winners will be selected at the end of the promo and will be notified through e-mail.
10. Winners should claim their prize within the specified dates indicated in the e-mail notification, otherwise these would be forfeited in favor of Surf Shop, Inc.
11. Winners can claim their prizes during office hours (8AM to 5PM, Monday-Saturday) at: Surf Shop, Inc., UG1 Herrera Tower, 98 V.A. Rufino cor. Valero Sts., Salcedo Village, Makati City
12. Please bring a valid ID and a copy of the e-mail notification letter upon claiming your prize.
13. All winners below 18 years of age need to be with their parent/legal guardian to claim the prize. Both the minor and the parent/guardian should present valid identification.
14. Prizes are neither transferable nor convertible to cash.
15. Surf Shop, Inc. reserves the right to publish the images (TOBLERONE Say It! Say It! entries and winners) and names of the winners in any of its promotional materials, after-event exhibits or articles.
