Photo Summit 2007 Trade Show

 

There will be a trade show in the VMALL in Greenhills for 4 days.

 

The first two days, August 16 to 17, 2007, are dedicated to he trade show as the seminars will be from August 18 to 19, 2007.

 

Lots of New products and discounts will be available.

 

Photo Summit 2007 Seminar Trainors/Speakers

Don Emmerich -One of only 40 members of Cameracraftsmen of America, Don has earned all four degrees from the Professional Photographer’s Association and was recently awarded a fellowship into the American Society of Photographers. Don is currently in Canon’s Elite Group of Talented Professional Photographers know as Canon’s Explores of Light. He is also a photoshop expert.

Nancy Emmerich -Nancy is a Master Photographer and Photographic Craftsman. Nancy sees it as a personal goal to capture the “Photographic Art of Life” She is one of the most sought out teachers in photography. Nancy will be sharing with us all about portraiture- Family, Child, Wedding, and a lot more.

Lou Freeman- Lou is a fashion, beauty and advertising photographer. Her work has been featured in countless of international magazines.

A TOP Wedding phtographer - We are still waiting for the confirmation of the 4th speaker. We have 3 of them in mind and guarantee that one of them will make it . We will keep you posted on this.

 

Photo Summit 2007 Seminar Schedule

The seminar will last for 2 days, August 18 to 19, 2007, which is a Saturday and Sunday, from 9AM to 6PM. It was scheduled on a weekend to accommodate those who have day jobs.

There will be two (2) Classes/Tracks that will be running simultaneously so you will have to pick just one (1).

The range of specialty for these four speakers is very wide–Fashion, Glamour, Wedding, Landscape, Portraits, Children, Photoshop.

So what happens is that attendees will select what lectures they want to attend.

The FPPF is working with the photographers for their curriculum. The final curriculum will be posted as soon as it is already approved.

Just an example to give you an idea:

(Note: This is just an example and this does imply that these will be the topics and schedules. It is just to outline what to expect.)

Day 1

9:00 am - 10;30 am
Room 1- Landscape Photography secrets - Don Emmerich
Room 2- Posing Models for Fashion photography- Lou Freeman

11:00 am to 12:30
Room 1- Dancing with the Bride and Groom- Wedding photographer
Room 2- Effective Portrait Techniques- Don Emmerich

1:00 pm to 2:30 pm
Room 1- New approaches in Child Photography- Nancy Emmerich
Room 2- Effective Fashion Lighting Techniques- Lou Freeman

3:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Room 1- Photoshop for Portraiture- Don Emmerich
Room 2- The Senior Portrait- Studio Techniques- Nancy Emmerich

If the registration starts filling up quickly, there might be a possibility that FPPF will add Friday, August 17 as a bonus.

Venue for the Seminars will be at Club Filipino in Greenhills.

Photo Summit 2007 Seminar Fees and Registration

The fee is 3,500 for the early bird special. This includes snacks for the 2 days and a dinner for the Photographers Night.

Early bird is up to July 15 - 3,500
August 15 is 4,000
On the day sign up is 5,000
