Capture the I-ON Craze Mechanics

1. To join the promo, please upload your WACKIEST PHOTO WITH AN I-ON CAN. Please remember that the images should be unaltered and in 72 dpi JPEG format (Maximum allowed file size is 1024 KB).
2. Along with the photo, please submit a title and a short caption on how you caught the craze.
3. You may send in more than one entry.
4. The best picture will be selected from the pool of entries.
5. Promo starts June 4, 2007 and ends on July 27, 2007.
6. To qualify, submit your craziest snapshot with an I-On can with your names and valid e-mail address.
7. Winners will be selected at the end of the promo and will be notified through e-mail.
8. Winners should claim their prize within the specified dates indicated in the e-mail notification, otherwise these would be forfeited in favor of Surf Shop, Inc.
9. Winners can claim their prizes during the office hours (8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday) at: Surf Shop, Inc., UG1 Herrera Tower, 98 V.A. Rufino cor. Valero Streets, Salcedo Village, Makati City. Please bring a valid ID and copy of the e-mail notification letter upon claiming your prize.
10. All winners below 18 years of age need to be with their legal guardian to claim the prize. Both the minor and the parent/guardian should present valid identifications.
11. Prizes are neither transferable nor convertible to cash.
12. All employees of Surf Shop, Inc., advertising agencies, sponsors, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity and affinity are not qualified to joiin this promo.
13. Surf Shop, Inc. reserves the right to publish the images (Capture the I-On Craze entries and winners) and names of the winners in any of its promotional materials, after-event exhibits, articles, videos or in any other format it seems fit.
