PAL Photo Contest Free Photo Seminar will be held at SM Bacolod today, August 31, 2007, 2PM to 5PM.

Jay Alonzo currently celebrates his 11th year of teaching photography. He authored the pioneering “Primer On Lighting” workshop after realizing the need for an in-depth photographic lighting seminar among the short courses offered locally. Though known for his series of workshops on photographic lighting, Jay A has also conducted basic photography classes for companies and institutions such as the Accenture Photography Club, Microsoft Philippines, Procter & Gamble and Caltex/Chevron-Texaco and Pilipinas Shell. He also teaches at the Alcove Gallery-Ayala Foundation.

In between lectures, he shoots for the hotel and restaurant and travel industry. He has also done poster and publicity photos for the local movie industry that includes “Mano Po 3″, “Aishiteimasu” and the international award-winning movie “Sigaw”. Jay is also a contributing photographer for Mabuhay magazine, Philippine Airline’s in-flight magazine and High Life.
