The distribution at OWG will be until tomorrow, Feb 5, 2008 from 10AM-7pm. OWG will bring all the access pass to the Clark Hot Air Balloon site on the 6th and you may still get it there at the OWG booth from Feb 7-10. OWG booth will open at 4AM daily to accommodate the distribution of this pass. If you will not get your access pass personally, OWG require a note and ID coming from you to authorize the bearer to get this pass on your behalf. You are however free to shoot ;-) You can only enter the launch area if you have the special access pass or media passes, or passes from the organizer. Once you are inside the launch area, there are no hard and fast rule as to how near/far you have to be from the balloon. Exercise caution though and maintain safe distance and be vigilant in moving around so as not to get yourself injured. Yes, you can take pictures if the balloon owner allows you to ride the balloon.
