The Shutter Box PHilippines blog is being run by a one-man team. And that person would be me. I’m Fernando Martirez III; better know by others simply as Mark Martirez (Don’t bother asking me why that is my nickname). I update the blog during my free time so there will be times that this site will not be updated at all.

Shutter Box PHilippines strives to give everyone access to all Philippine related photography info in one site thus the tag line “All Philippine Photography Info in One Box“. But of course we all know that such a thing is quite difficult to achieve. Nonetheless I’ll try my best to share as much info as I can when I can

At the moment you will see various posts ranging from new photography gears, reviews, workshops, seminars, some tips & tricks every now and then, photo exhibits and photo opportunities as well as photography contests both local and international.

Shutter Box PHilippines would sometimes feature photographers who’ve just won a contest or currently is holding a photo exhibit.

This site will hopefully be able to help out anyone who is looking for some photography related information.
